The Scarborough Community Council: 1. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on both sides of Orchard Park Drive, between Kingston Road and West Hill Drive. 2. Prohibited parking at all times on the south side of Orchard Park Drive, between Kingston Road and West Hill Drive.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending the amendment of parking regulations on Orchard Park Drive. The proposed amendment will provide staff and visitors of a sheltered housing site at 4626 Kingston Road additional parking opportunities.

Staff recommended

The Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council rescind the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on both sides of Orchard Park Drive, between Kingston Road and West Hill Drive. 2. Scarborough Community Council prohibit parking at all times on the south side of Orchard Park Drive, between Kingston Road and West Hill Drive.
