The President of the Scarborough Community Renewal Organization (SCRO) will provide an update to Scarborough Community Council on their work on transit, employment lands and the Scarborough Walk of Fame, with the objective of supporting City of Toronto elected Councillors who represent Scarborough residents in creating a great place to work, live and play. The Scarborough Community Renewal Organization (SCRO) is committed to creating and realizing bold visions to renew Scarborough.
