Toronto and East York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Businesses Improvement Areas (BIAs) that fall within its geographic boundaries. The purpose of this report is to appoint directors to the Boards of Management of twelve (12) Business Improvement Areas that fall within the Toronto and East York Community Council boundaries for the new term of Council and make necessary changes to Schedule A of the Municipal Code, Chapter 19.
