This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. The purpose of this report is to respond to Toronto and East York Community Council's direction to review and report back on the realignment of Permit Parking Area 6C to exclude the development located at 17 St. Andrew Street. Staff have determined the realignment of the Permit Parking Area 6C is feasible and has no objections to excluding the development located at 17 St.

Staff recommended
The Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council approve the amendment to Schedule B of the City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to incorporate a revised map of Permit Parking Area "6C", as shown in Attachment 1 of the report dated January 30, 2023 from the Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services, excluding the development currently located at 17 St Andrew Street.
