Toronto and East York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Businesses Improvement Areas (BIAs) that fall within its geographic boundaries. The purpose of this report is to recommend that Toronto and East York Community Council appoint directors to the Bloor Annex, Danforth Mosaic, The Junction, Pape Village, Toronto Downtown West, and Trinity Bellwoods BIA Boards of Management, and remove directors from the Hillcrest Village BIA Board of Management.
