The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Amended the existing width restriction of vehicles over two metres on the lane first south of Kingston Road, between Silver Birch Avenue and the north/south lane first south of Kingston Road, west of Silver Birch Avenue, to be in effect from Bob Fraser Lane, between Silver Birch Avenue and Bob Fraser Lane (north/south).

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending that vehicles greater than two metres in width be prohibited from travelling Bob Fraser Lane. Prohibiting vehicles over two metres in width from travelling the subject lane would be beneficial in reducing the incidence of damage to adjacent private property.

Staff recommended

The Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council amend the existing width restriction of vehicles over two metres on the lane first south of Kingston Road, between Silver Birch Avenue and the north/south lane first south of Kingston Road, west of Silver Birch Avenue, to be in effect from Bob Fraser Lane, between Silver Birch Avenue and Bob Fraser Lane (north/south).
