Rescinded the existing standing prohibition in effect from 6:30 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, Monday to Friday, and from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m., on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays; from April. 1 to November 30 of the same year, inclusive, on the west side of Emily Street, between King Street West and Wellington Street West. 2. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times, Monday to Saturday, on the west side of Emily Street, between King Street West and Wellington Street West.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending that standing be prohibited from Monday to Saturday on the west side of Emily Street, between King Street West and Wellington Avenue West. The proposed parking amendment will replace an existing parking prohibition and will improve traffic operations, traffic flow and sight lines exiting the various underground parking garages on this roadway.

During the course of the investigation, it was noted that there is a discrepancy between posted signs and the existing parking regulations. Recommendations 1 and 4 will correct this inconsistency.

The Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1.
