As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates a transit service on Dufferin Street, City Council approval of this report is required. As per conditions of approval for the development at 1141 Bloor Street West, 980 Dufferin Street and 90 Croatia Street, the installation of traffic control signals at the intersection of Dufferin Street and Croatia Street is required. The technical justification for the installation of traffic control signals is satisfied, therefore, the installation of traffic control signals on Dufferin Street and Croatia Street is recommended.
