Toronto and East York Community Council, at its meeting on April 12, 2023 adopted item TE4.76, entitled "Permit Parking Amendments on Mountjoy Avenue" and in doing so approved the extension of permit parking hours on Mountjoy Avenue. The purpose of this motion is to reopen this item to amend the original recommendation of the Toronto and East York Community Council's decision, to reflect the correct extents of the proposed change.
