Toronto and East York Community Council, at its meeting on February 16, 2022 adopted item TE31.95, entitled "Road Safety Improvements around Secord Elementary School" and approved the installation all-way stop controls at a number of local streets in the vicinity of Secord Elementary School. The purpose of this motion is to revise Recommendations 1 to 6, to accommodate the by-law requirements necessary to ensure the already authorized signage is enforceable.
