Toronto Water will complete watermain repair work on Wheeler Avenue, north of Norway Avenue, which is scheduled to take place until October 31, 2023. The work will result in the loss of on-street permit parking spaces on Wheeler Avenue. In order to ensure accessibility for residents requiring accessible parking during this project, City staff have requested the following amendments to parking regulations on Norway Avenue and on Williamson Road. Cycling will be maintained on Norway Avenue via shared lane.
