Appointed, in accordance with the City's Public Appointments Policy, the following nominee to the Chinatown Business Improvement Area Board of Management, at pleasure of the Toronto and East York Community Council, and for a term expiring at the end of the term of Council or as soon thereafter as successors are appointed: Hung, Kai Ming 2. Removed the following director from the Chinatown Business Improvement Area Board of Management: Chen, Benny

Toronto and East York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Businesses Improvement Areas (BIAs) that fall within its geographic boundaries. The purpose of this report is to make changes to the Chinatown BIA Board of Management, in accordance with the requirement of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 19, Business Improvement Areas.

In accordance with the City's Public Appointments Policy, appoint the following nominee to the Chinatown Business Improvement Area Board of Management set out below at the pleasure of Toronto and East York Community Council, and for a term expiring at the end of the term of Council or as soon thereafter as successors are appointed: Hung, Kai Ming 2.
