As filed
City Council on July 19 and 20, 2023, adopted the following: 1. City Council exempt the implementation of permit parking on Logan Avenue, between First Avenue and the address of 445 Logan Avenue, from the requirements of subsection 925-4B of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 925, Permit Parking, until such time as Toronto and East York Community Council considers a request for implementation of permit parking at that location.
On the agenda
As the city filed it
Logan Avenue, between First Avenue and the address of 445 Logan Avenue is within the 8J permit parking area however this block is currently under the city 3-hour parking limit bylaw. First Avenue will lose a parking space due to upcoming Metrolinx construction. Adding space on Logan will ensure that the parking supply is maintained. This is the simplest solution and I hope you will support it.
