City Council on October 11 and 12, 2023, adopted the following: 1. City Council amend Schedule B of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to incorporate a revised map of Permit Parking Area 6J as shown in Attachment 1 to the report (August 25, 2023) from the Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services, excluding the development currently located at 225-229 Queen Street East and 120-134 Sherbourne Street.

As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates a transit service on Queen Street East and Sherbourne Street, City Council approval of this report is required. The purpose of this report is to respond to City Council's direction to review and report back on the realignment of Permit Parking Area 6J to exclude the development located at 225-229 Queen Street East and 120-134 Sherbourne Street. Staff have determined the realignment of the Permit Parking Area 6J is feasible and has no objections to excluding the development located at 225-229 Queen Street East and 120-134 Sherbourne Street.

The Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. City Council approve the amendment to Schedule B of the City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to incorporate a revised map of Permit Parking Area "6J", as shown in Attachment 1 of the report dated August 25, 2023 from the Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services, excluding the development currently located at 225-229 Queen Street East and 120-134 Sherbourne Street.
