The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Prohibited parking at all times on the west side of Power Street, between Richmond Street East and Adelaide Street East. 2. Amended the existing permit parking regulation in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Monday to Friday and 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday, at all times, on the even (west) side of Power Street, from King Street East to Queen Street East to be in effect at all times, except no parking anytime from Richmond Street East to Adelaide Street East.

In consultation with local residents, and as part of a larger traffic review across Ward 13, I am proposing changes to parking along Power Street between Richmond Street East and Adelaide Street East. These changes will allow for smoother access to a recently constructed layby, accommodating for more efficient pick-up and drop-off for residents and visitors.
