As the city filed it

My office has been receiving concerns from residents on the south side of Sammon Avenue (Coxwell Avenue to Woodington Avenue) about hospital visitors blocking access to their driveways. I would like to recommend changing the "No Parking" to "No Stopping" to deter vehicles from stopping on the south side of Sammon Avenue.
