This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending that overnight on-street permit parking be introduced on Maclean Avenue between Pine Crescent and Queen Street East from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., daily. Residents requested the implementation of overnight on-street permit parking on Maclean Avenue between Pine Crescent and Queen Street East to accommodate their long-term parking needs.

Staff recommended

The Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council authorize parking by permit only on an area name basis, from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on Maclean Avenue between Pine Crescent and Queen Street East, within Area 9C.
