City Council on December 13, 14 and 15, 2023, adopted the following: 1. City Council amend Zoning By-law 943-2015, to remove the holding symbol "h" from Block 3B, being lands municipally known in the year 2023 as 182, 184, 188 and 190 Sterling Road, substantially in accordance with the Draft Zoning By-law Amendment attached as Attachment 2 to the report (October 26, 2023) from the Director, Community Planning, Toronto and East York District.

City Council delete and replace Attachment 1 of the report (October 26, 2023) from the Director, Community Planning, Toronto and East York District, with revised Attachment 1 attached as Attachment 1 to Motion 1 by Councillor Alejandra Bravo to illustrate that all of Block 3B identified in By-law 943-2015 is the subject of removal of the holding symbol "h". 3. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to make such stylistic and technical changes to the draft Zoning By-law Amendment as may be required.
