Authorized the Chief Executive Officer to award the design and construction of required structures as set out and within the maximum amount outlined in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 16, 2023) from the Chief Executive Officer, Toronto Zoo. 2. Authorized the public release of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 16, 2023) from the Chief Executive Officer, Toronto Zoo following the closing of any purchase transaction.
