Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 30, 2023) from from Councillor Paul Ainslie, Dr. Cynthia Holmes, and Mr. Matthew Cole remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains information about labour relations and/or employee negotiations.
