Selected the following candidates to interview for appointment to the Board of Directors of TO Live: CTT2-241 CTT2-242 CTT2-283 CTT2-265 CTT2-311 CTT2-317 CTT2-319 CTT2-325 CTT2-336 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (January 3, 2024) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Board of Directors of TO Live.

The Civic Appointments Committee must select candidates to interview for appointment to the Board of Directors of TO Live. Following the interviews, the Civic Appointments Committee will recommend four candidates for appointment to City Council.
Staff recommended
The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Civic Appointments Committee select eight of the candidates listed in Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Board of Directors of TO Live. 2. The Civic Appointments Committee direct that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Board of Directors of TO Live.
