City Council appoint Mark Bonham to the CreateTO Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on March 28, 2028, and until a successor is appointed; and to the Boards of Directors of Build Toronto and the Toronto Port Lands Company, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on March 28, 2026, and until a successor is appointed.

City Council appoint Marni Dicker to the CreateTO Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on November 30, 2025, and until a successor is appointed; and to the Boards of Directors of Build Toronto and the Toronto Port Lands Company, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on November 30, 2025, and until a successor is appointed. 3. City Council appoint Allison Mendes as Chair of the CreateTO Board, at pleasure of Council, and until a successor is appointed. 4.
