The Confronting Anti-Black Racism Advisory Committee: 1. Recommends that Toronto Public Health explore additional interventions that address the systemic root causes of mental health and addiction issues outlined in the "Our Health, Our City" plan and identify approaches Toronto Public Health can take to provide additional supports that better support Black, Indigenous and equity-deserving communities, and report back to the Confronting Anti-Black Racism Advisory Committee by the second quarter of 2025.
