The purpose of this report is to recommend amendments to the Rules of Procedure for the Dangerous Dog Review Tribunal. The proposed amendments update the Tribunal's hearing reconsideration processes, including making the process and grounds for granting a reconsideration clearer and clarifying what the role of the chair and other members are throughout the review process. This report was prepared in consultation with Legal Services.
