This resulted in the overall cost of the trip for both myself and my Chief of Staff to exceed $7.0 thousand. Pursuant to the Constituency Services and Office Budget Policy, travel expenses over $7.0 thousand must be approved by City Council. The expenses will be paid out of my Constituency Services and Office Budget.
