Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of six speed humps on Hay Avenue, between Royal York Road and Ourland Road, generally as shown on Attachment 2 to the report (April 25, 2024) from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services.
