This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending that parking be prohibited at all times on the south side of Lake Shore Drive between Second Street and a point 28 metres east of Second Street. The proposed prohibition will deter parking at this location and will help improve intersection operations due to road geometry near the intersection of Second Street and Lake Shore Drive.

Etobicoke York Community Council prohibit parking at all times on the south side of Lake Shore Drive, between Second Street and a point 28 metres east. 2. Etobicoke York Community Council rescind the existing parking prohibition, in effect from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Tuesdays, on the south side of Lake Shore Drive between First Street and Seventh Street.
