This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending the installation of a stop control for westbound traffic at the intersection of Venn Crescent and Blackthorn Avenue. An assessment was undertaken and it was determined that the installation of a stop control for westbound traffic is recommended in association with the extension of Venn Crescent on the east side of Blackthorn Avenue.
