Etobicoke York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Business Improvement Areas that fall within its geographic boundaries. The purpose of this report is to make changes to the Long Branch, Mimico by the Lake, The Kingsway and Weston Village Business Improvement Area Boards of Management in accordance with the requirement of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 19, Business Improvement Areas.
