Amended the existing 40 kilometers per hour speed limit on Ameer Avenue, between a point 30 metres south of Regina Avenue and a point 30 metres north of Baycrest Avenue, to be in effect between Ridgevale Drive and Neptune Drive.

In reviewing Neptune Drive for an Automated Speed Enforcement Camera (ASE) in the spring, staff found some discrepancies with the speed limit by-law for Neptune Drive resulting from the change of street name mid-block from Neptune Drive to Ameer Avenue. This motion puts forward recommendations to align the speed limit by-law in the area.

North York Community Council amend the existing 40 kilometers per hour speed limit on Neptune Drive, between Hotspur Road and Baycrest Avenue, to be in effect between Ameer Avenue and Hotspur Road. 2. North York Community Council amend the existing 40 kilometers per hour speed limit on Ameer Avenue, between a point 30 metres south of Regina Avenue and a point 30 metres north of Baycrest Avenue, to be in effect between Ridgevale Drive and Neptune Drive.
