As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates a transit service on Downsview Park Boulevard, City Council approval of this report is required. Transportation Services is recommending the designation of the northerly westbound lane on Downsview Park Boulevard, between Keele Street and a point 30.5 metres east, for westbound right-turns only. The lane designation will clearly define the traffic lane usage and eliminate confusion for motorists.
