This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending the installation of speed humps on Fairlawn Avenue, between Falkirk Street and Ledbury Street. Staff's assessment indicates the criteria as set out in the updated Traffic Calming Policy has been satisfied. Therefore, speed humps should be installed on Fairlawn Avenue, between Falkirk Street and Ledbury Street.
