Approved the amendment to 925-4.C. of the City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit parking, despite anything in this chapter to the contrary, the General Manager shall not accept applications from residents of, visitors to, or tradespersons at the development located at 26 - 38 Hounslow Avenue, as shown in Attachment 1 to the report (September 6, 2024) from the Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. The purpose of this report is to respond to City Council's direction to review and report back on the feasibility of excluding the development located at 26 - 38 Hounslow Avenue from permit parking should it be implemented on an area or street-based basis in the future. Staff have determined that exclusion is feasible and has no objections to excluding 26 - 38 Hounslow Avenue.
