Amended the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on both sides of Brooke Avenue, between Avenue Road and Kelso Street, to be in effect on the south side of Brooke Avenue, between Avenue Road and Kelso Street, and on the north side, between a point 62 metres west of Avenue Road and Kelso Street. 2. Prohibited stopping at all times on the north side of Brooke Avenue, between Avenue Road and a point 62 metres west.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending that the existing parking prohibition on the north side of Brooke Avenue, between Avenue Road and a point 62 metres west, be changed to a stopping prohibition. The proposed amendment will deter patrons at a nearby café from stopping and causing traffic congestion, including obstructing traffic turning from Avenue Road onto Brooke Avenue.
