This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending that the existing parking prohibition on the west side of Edith Drive, in front of the condominium at 2 Edith Drive, be changed to a standing prohibition. The proposed amendment will deter unloading in the vicinity of the driveway at 2 Edith Drive, which obstructs visibility for exiting vehicles.

During the course of the investigation, it was noted that there is a discrepancy between posted signs and the existing parking regulations on Edith Drive. Recommendation 3 will correct this inconsistency.
