City Council authorize the City Solicitor to register an easement conveyed by Parc Downsview Park with terms and conditions satisfactory to Acting Director, Engineering Review, for a sanitary sewer located on Parc Downsview Park lands that currently services the Stanley Green subdivision. 2. City Council authorize the appropriate City Officials to take the necessary action to give effect to City Council's decision.
