A total of 92 parking spaces are proposed including 12 visitor parking spaces. Vehicular access is proposed from an 8 metre wide private street off Eglinton Avenue East. The proposed development is consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement (2020) and conforms with A Place to Grow: Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe (2020). The proposal conforms to the applicable Official Plan policies and complies with the criteria in the City's Townhouse and Low-Rise Apartment Guidelines with a built form that is compatible with the adjacent uses. The proposal would intensify an underutilized site in proximity to existing and emerging higher order transit.
