City Council designate a two-way centre left-turn only lane on Port Union Road, between a point 58 metres south of Island Road and Dear Gate. 2. City Council prohibit eastbound right-turns on red signal at all times at the intersection of Lawrence Avenue East and Port Union Road, bicycles excepted.
