This staff report concerns a matter for which the Scarborough Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. The purpose of this report is to consider an application by the owner(s) of 4061 Sheppard Ave East for a proposed fence around the full perimeter at the property. The proposed fencing will span 220 Feet across the front property line and measure 2.43 meters in height. The fence will be constructed of chain link with a roller gate at the front.
