This staff report is about a matter for which the Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. This report recommends a U-turn prohibition on Lavery Trail, between Meadowvale Road and a point 82 metres northeast of Meadowvale Road. Prohibiting U-turns will provide a safer environment for all road users along this section of Lavery Trail located adjacent to Meadowvale Public School.

Staff recommended

The Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council prohibit eastbound and westbound U-turn movements at all times on Lavery Trail, between Meadowvale Road and a point 82 metres northeast.
