At this location currently there are no parking restrictions beyond the signed 3-hour parking limit. Cars parking at this location on the south side of Mossbank Drive create barriers for City of Toronto services to be carried out for surrounding residents. This includes waste collection, snow removal and street cleaning. Additionally, when cars park at this location they create a sight line issue for residents maneuvering in and out of their driveways to on-coming traffic and pedestrians.
