City Council on March 20 and 21, 2024, adopted the following: 1. City Council amend the Official Plan for the lands at 2161 Yonge Street substantially in accordance with the draft Official Plan Amendment included as Attachment 3 to the revised report (February 16, 2024) from the Director, Community Planning, Toronto and East York District. 2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to make such stylistic and technical changes to the draft Official Plan Amendment as may be required.

This report reviews and recommends approval of the application to amend the Official Plan to permit a reduction in the required amount of office replacement in a 38-storey mixed use building currently under construction. The application includes a minimum of 4,000 square metres of office uses and expanded permissions for home occupation.
