Toronto and East York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Business Improvement Areas (BIAs) that fall within its geographic boundaries. The purpose of this report is to make changes to the Chinatown, Forest Hill Village and Midtown Yonge BIA Boards of Management, in accordance with the requirement of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 19, Business Improvement Areas.

The General Manager, Economic Development and Culture recommends that Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. In accordance with the City's Public Appointments Policy, appoint the following nominees to the Business Improvement Area Boards of Management set out below at the pleasure of Toronto and East York Community Council, and for a term expiring at the end of the term of Council or as soon thereafter as successors are appointed: Forest Hill Village: Bellissimo, Teresa 2.
