City Council on July 24 and 25, 2024, adopted the following: 1. City Council amend Schedule B of the City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to incorporate a revised map of Permit Parking Area 7F, as shown in Attachment 1 to the report (June 20, 2024) from the Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services, excluding the development currently located at 415 Broadview Avenue.

As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates a transit service on Broadview Avenue, City Council approval of this report is required. The purpose of this report is to respond to Toronto and East York Community Council's direction to review and report back on the realignment of Permit Parking Area 7F to exclude the development located at 415 Broadview Avenue. Staff have determined the realignment of the Permit Parking Area 7F is feasible and has no objections to excluding the development located at 415 Broadview Avenue.
