Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Authorized the installation of traffic calming (speed humps) on Pepler Avenue between Pape Avenue and O'Connor Drive. 2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway to install five speed humps on Pepler Avenue between Pape Avenue and O'Connor Drive, generally as shown on Attachment 1 to the letter (July 9, 2024) from Councillor Paula Fletcher.
