As the city filed it

A local business located near Dundas Street West and Lisgar Street contacted my office to share challenges with accessing their valid boulevard parking. Vehicles often park in front of the openings and exits of their boulevard parking spaces, resulting in delays for clients and disruptions for parked delivery vehicles. Following an investigation by Transportation Services, it was determined that the existing no parking prohibition along the boulevard parking space can be converted to a no stopping to better prevent vehicles from blocking access.

This change would maintain the existing permit parking spaces between the opening and exit of the boulevard.
