Authorized the installation of parking machines on the west side of Gladstone Avenue, between a point 61.5 metres north of Queen Street West and a point 22.5 metres further north to be in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday, and from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Sunday, for a maximum period of three hours and at a rate of $3.00 per hour. 10.
