As the city filed it
Residents along Gladstone Avenue, between Hallam Street and Dupont Street, have contacted my office to share concerns over speeding vehicles travelling through their neighbourhood. The field at Dovercourt Public School is located on the west side of this section of Gladstone Ave, and the street is used by many children and their parents to walk down to the school or up to Dupont Street. In a survey conducted by my office, residents shared their experiences with unsafe conditions on Gladstone Avenue and overwhelmingly supported the installation of speed humps as a proposed traffic calming measure.
