City Council amend its decision in Item 2025.NY22.2 for 150 The Donway West and 4 Overland Drive to include the following: City Council authorize the inclusion of the following provisions in By-law 359-2025: 7.(E)(iii) vents, chutes and caged ladders listed in (i) above, by a maximum of 1.8 metres.
