The Confronting Anti-Black Racism Advisory Committee recommends that the Executive Committee recommend that: 1. City Council amend the Terms of Reference to require the Confronting Anti-Black Racism Advisory Committee to hold six meetings per year at the call of the Chair or Vice-Chair on delegation of the Chair.
